Geriatrics Primary Care at East Ann Arbor Health and Geriatrics Center


Turner Geriatric Clinic specializes in the comprehensive multidisciplinary geriatric assessment and treatment of older adults. We can provide you with ongoing primary care or specialty services or coordinate your treatment with your regular physician. Our healthcare team includes physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, pharmacists, social workers and medical assistants. These professionals work together to evaluate and treat health issues that become more common with aging such as:

  • Diabetes
  • Falls and Mobility
  • Heart Disease
  • Stroke
  • High Blood Pressure
  • High Cholesterol
  • Incontinence
  • Memory Loss
  • Osteoporosis
  • Dementia

Our team of experts addresses many concerns in such areas as nutrition, sexuality and functional independence. Treatment is available for personal or family counseling with social workers, support groups for a variety of problems, consultations with pharmacy staff, and coordination of care with other providers outside of Turner Geriatric Clinic.
