Brighton Health Center is the home of Michigan Medicine's primary care and women's health clinics in Brighton. Located at 8001 Challis Road, Brighton Health Center is just north of U-M’s Brighton Center for Specialty Care. Current services at the Brighton Health Center include general medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, and pediatrics.

Most specialty services formerly at the Brighton Health Center have moved to the Brighton Center for Specialty Care. These include allergy, cardiology, dermatology, gastroenterology, ophthalmology, pulmonology, radiology, and vascular surgery as well as other services.
