University of Michigan Health and Trinity Health are committed to providing the right care, at the right time, in the right place through shared clinical goals and ensuring patients have access to specialty care options near their local communities.

Our organizations have come together to improve access to specialty care for Michiganders in a number of unique collaborations. Through our formal collaboration, Trinity Health Oakland Hospital and University of Michigan Health C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital are improving access to pediatric specialty care, keeping services close to home for families in the tri-county area.

This collaboration significantly enhances the patient experience and lead to more coordinated care for pediatric patients from around the region.

Pediatric specialists from nationally ranked C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital are available in metro Detroit thanks to our pediatric services joint venture with Trinity Health Oakland.
