Areas of Practice
Dr. Hammoud provides care for patients across the lifespan, from newborns through adulthood. As a physician dual board certified in both pediatrics and internal medicine, she brings a broad perspective to caring for patients at every stage of life.
Preventive care is a central focus of her practice. She believes thoughtful, proactive care can help support long-term health and reduce the burden of preventable chronic disease. Her clinical interests include adolescent medicine, vaccine counseling, preventive care, and the management of chronic illnesses.
Her academic interests include health care delivery, quality improvement, and evaluating clinical diagnostic tools. Across her clinical, teaching, and academic work, Dr. Hammoud strives to provide evidence-based, compassionate care centered on clear communication with patients and families.
