He was an excellent listener and communicator, providing relevant, clear, and succinct explanations using medical terminology (i.e., with no over-simplification, euphemism, or condescension, which is important to me [...]). I appreciated his calm demeanor and step-by-step approach to evaluation and possible treatment. He asked me questions and ensured that I had multiple opportunities to ask him questions, all of which he answered to my satisfaction. He didn't minimize my condition, even though it is likely not severe; he is interested in helping me improve my quality of life and ensuring that there isn't a more serious condition causing my symptoms."
