Brian K Downie, PA-C, MS, DFAAPA is currently an APP Director and Physician Assistant at Michigan Medicine in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery as part of the University of Michigan Health Sports Medicine Program. He is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. In addition to Physician Assistant school and surgical residency he is a graduate of the University of Michigan Department of Public Health Master’s program in Clinical Research Design and Statistical Analysis as well as PASQUAL (Patient Safety & Quality Leadership Scholars Program) at Michigan Medicine. He enjoys spending time with family as well as sports, outdoor recreation and music.
