Research Overview
Dr. Royan's research focuses on equitable delivery of acute care in the emergency department and the pre-hospital environment. Her research stroke systems of care has been published in JAMA, Stroke, and Journal of Stroke and Cerebrovascular Disease. She also a co-investigator on an R-01 examining medical misinformation on social media.
