    Noojan Kazemi MD FACS FRACS received his medical degree from the University of Sydney and completed his neurosurgery residency through the various training hospitals of the Royal Australian College of Surgeons including the Royal North Shore and the Royal Melbourne Hospitals. He also completed a two-year neurosurgery research fellowship at the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota. Following residency, he obtained his fellowship training in complex spine surgery in both the Departments of Orthopedics and Neurosurgery at the University of Washington, followed by a minimally invasive spine and tumor surgery fellowship at the Swedish Neuroscience Institute in Seattle, Washington.

    Dr. Kazemi is board certified through the Royal Australian College of Surgeons (FRACS) and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS).

    His main clinical interests include all aspects of spine and peripheral nerve surgery, but in particular, minimally invasive surgical approaches to the spine including treatment of deformities and tumor conditions, as well as utilization of the newest techniques including robotic spine surgery.
