About
Dr. Mierzwa has 8 years of clinical experience in treatment of head and neck as well as gastrointestinal cancers. Her clinical research interests have included novel chemoradiation regimens for head and neck cancers as well as pancreatic cancer. Specifically, she is currently in collaboration with the Department of Otolaryngology as part of a clinical trial to identify radiographic and serum biomarkers for oropharynx cancer patients who may be eligible for de-escalation of chemoradiation.
