Understanding the importance of this to our patients, our University of Michigan oral and maxillofacial surgeons are dedicated to treating defects and injuries of the head, face and neck including the mouth, teeth, and jaws. We care for children and adults with conditions that include head and neck cancer, tumors and cysts of the jaws, cleft and craniofacial deformities, obstructive sleep apnea, facial injuries from accidents, facial pain and temporal mandibular joint (TMJ) disorders, and reconstructive and dental implant surgery.
In our clinic at the University of Michigan Medical Center, we provide excellent patient care, contribute to basic and clinical research, and train the future leaders in the oral and maxillofacial surgery profession.
