The University of Michigan Health Post-COVID-19 Clinic provides care to adult patients experiencing prolonged post-COVID symptoms and is administered through our Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation team.

At this time, a referral is required from your primary care physician or inpatient provider to make an appointment. This ensures we receive all of the required documentation necessary to schedule a clinic visit.
