The Spine Program provides comprehensive patient-centered services for individuals whose spine disorders affect their health and productivity. We offer patients a wide range of treatment options including: diagnostic studies; general physiatric (physical medicine) interventions; surgery; multidisciplinary functional assessment; functional restoration programs; manual medicine; physical, occupational and psychological therapies; education and vocational rehabilitation. We treat patients whose back problems are new or old. Specialty services include:

Physical Therapists at the Spine Program utilize an evidence based supported combination of manual therapy and exercise instruction based on the patient’s individual needs. Occupational Therapy addresses posture/pacing/body mechanics in the more chronic and disabled patient. Emphasis by both disciplines is stress toward self management and there is minimal use of passive modalities. Chronic pain programs available when indicated. Services Include:
