Welcome to our Deaf Health Clinic. Our ASL fluent providers, two physicians and one master social worker, are ready to take care of your primary care needs, including mental health. We are board certified to provide care for all ages (infant to old age), including prenatal and obstetrics care.
Our goal is to keep you healthy by preventing illnesses and managing any existing diseases. We do this by looking at all aspects of your life, your physical, emotional, and social well-being. We also offer a variety of office procedures as well.
As an integrated behavioral health model program designed for Deaf patients, we offer both in-person or videophone appointments to take care of your mental health needs.
Our behavioral health providers are trained to assess your psychosocial needs as well as provide counseling and/or care management services.
If you are interested in becoming a patient at our health center, please contact our office at 810-355-2743 (video phone) or 734-426-2796 (voice phone).
