This medicine is used for the following purposes:

  • anal/rectal pain
  • hemorrhoids
  • inflammation

Instructions

DO NOT take this medicine by mouth.

Apply the medicine to the affected area.

Follow the instructions on the package to use this medicine correctly.

Store in original bottle, tightly closed and upright.

Keep the medicine at room temperature. Avoid heat and direct light.

This medicine should only be used on the skin.

Avoid getting the medicine in the eyes, nose, or mouth. Wash the medicine off your fingers after applying it.

Do not use this medicine inside the rectum.

Wash your hands after applying the medicine.

Do not touch your eyes, nose or mouth after handling the medicine.

Drug interactions can change how medicines work or increase risk for side effects. Tell your health care providers about all medicines taken. Include prescription and over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, and herbal medicines. Speak with your doctor or pharmacist before starting or stopping any medicine.

You may stop using this medicine if you no longer have symptoms.

Throw away the medicated cloth after use. Do not save to use again later.

This medicine is available over-the-counter and does not require a prescription.

Do not take the medicine more than six times during 24 hours.
