Dr. Jolly’s research focus is on the effectiveness of integrative therapies, including exercise and nutritional interventions, to improve overall patient quality of life. Additionally, she is interested in the impact of cancer on women’s health in underserved countries.
Shruti Jolly M.D. received her undergraduate and medical degrees at Wayne State University as a presidential scholar. In 2007, she completed her residency training in radiation oncology at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan where she was honored with the RSNA Roentgen Resident Research Award. Dr. Jolly then joined the faculty of the University of Michigan department of Radiation Oncology. As a board-certified radiation oncologist, Dr. Shruti Jolly directs the treatment of gynecologic and endocrine malignancies as well as High Dose Rate (HDR) brachytherapy quality of life in cancer patients undergoing treatment and utility of integrative medicine in cancer patients. She serves as the Chief of Radiation Oncology at the Ann Arbor VA Hospital. She is committed to medical education and received the “Teacher of the Year” award from the residents in 2009. Dr. Jolly is dedicated to improving the well-being of her patients. She enjoys being active, painting, and spending time with her family.
