Big Hearts for Seniors
On May 17th, 2022, Big Hearts for Seniors will present Big Hearted Stories: Journeys which will be held in front of a live audience on Tuesday, May 17th at the Lydia Mendelssohn Theater and Michigan League. This engaging program will provide a platform for talented local storytellers to share their heart-warming, true-life experiences around the theme of ‘Journeys’. The event will be emceed by Vic Strecher, Ph.D. MPH, Professor of Health Behavior and Health Education in the U-M School of Public Health.
Big Hearts for Seniors is comprised of five community-supported programs (Ann Arbor Meals on Wheels, Housing Bureau for Seniors, Silver Club Memory Programs and Turner Senior Wellness Program) of Michigan Medicine that serve older adults.
