Technical Difficulties with MyUofMHealth

Michigan Medicine is now back to normal patient care operations after a power outage this morning caused technical difficulties with the patient portal, phones and virtual visits. Patients may experience some delays in responses as we work through the backlog of requests built up during the incident. Our teams are continuing to investigate and clear any remaining problems with IT applications.

If you had a virtual visit scheduled that you were unable to access, your clinic will contact you to reschedule the appointment, or to provide alternate instructions for connecting to your virtual visit.
