Prescription Renewal

Request a prescription renewal online through the patient portal -

Under the “Message Center” tab of the portal, you can send a request for a prescription renewal to your care team. Simply select from the check-list the prescription you want renewed, provide pharmacy information and submit your request. Please allow 3-4 business days for your care team to respond to the request. When your request has been processed, you will receive a notification in your portal account. If you need to renew your prescription more quickly or have questions, always call your physician’s office. If you have questions about the medication you are taking, send a secure message to your care team through the portal.
