Stress Urinary Incontinence

Stress Urinary Incontinence (SUI) is when urine leaks out with sudden pressure on the bladder and urethra, causing the sphincter muscles to open briefly. With mild SUI, pressure may be from sudden forceful activities, like exercise, sneezing, laughing or coughing.

Urinary Diversion

Urinary diversion is when the normal structures are bypassed and an opening is made in the urinary system to bring the urine out another way. This might need to be done if your bladder stops working the right way or needs to be removed because of cancer or an injury.

Urinary Incontinence

Urinary incontinence is a condition women experience when they are unable to control voiding urine. It can be embarrassing and debilitating, and is often the result of pelvic floor damage.
