MedSport’s Sports Conditioning program was specially designed as a sport-specific training program, intended for athletes to improve their power, agility, and quickness while increasing their functional strength and overall athletic performance. Sports conditioning sessions are intended to be completed in the off-season in preparation for the upcoming season. The Sports Conditioning program is primarily geared toward middle school and high school student-athletes, but is also open to student-athletes in college, and adult athletes as well.
Each individual program focuses on sport-specific exercises that are tailored to you and your sport. Individual and small group rates are available.
One-Hour Session Outline
During each one-hour session, you will complete:
- Speed and agility drills
- Balance training
- Plyometric exercises
- General core strengthening
- Total body strength training
