Sports Conditioning Programs
Improve your individual or team performance with one of MedSport's expert Sports Conditioning Programs.
Each program focuses on sports-specific exercises that are tailored to you and your sport. We will help you improve your power, agility and quickness while increasing your functional strength and overall athletic performance.
For one hour per session, you will complete:
- Speed and agility drills
- Balance training
- Plyometric exercises
- General core strengthening
- Total body strength training
