Research

Dr. Friedland-Little’s research interests are focused on improving outcomes for pediatric heart failure and  transplant patients as well as improving outcomes for patients in the ICU following congenital heart surgery .  Specific areas of investigation include the role of mechanical circulatory support in these patient populations, the management of sensitized heart transplant patients, and peripheral endothelial function in pediatric heart failure and heart transplant patients.
