Dr. Carrie Dichiaro believes the foundation of being able to treat allergic or immunologic disease is listening to and understanding the history of symptoms and illness prior to patient arrival here for evaluation. Allergic diseases, asthma and immunodeficiency have an impact on the quality of life for an entire family. She cares for patients along the entire age spectrum, and feels the most successful treatment plans are those made as a team with the patient and family.

During time away from the University, she has previously enjoyed caring for children on the Navajo Nation.
