Developing and evaluating interventions to improve chronic illness care in older adults in a primary care setting.

Biography

Dr. Gure received her medical degree from the Ohio State College of Medicine and Public Health, Columbus, and her residency training from the Yale Primary Care Internal Medicine Residency Program, New Haven. She is interested in improving chronic care delivery to older adults within the primary care setting. Her research focuses on the role of cognition in health-related outcomes for older adults with cardiovascular disease.
